BISHOP FRANK ANTHONE WHITE
Prelate, New York Eastern Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction

Bishop Frank Anthone White incorporates his combined experience as a retired Wall Street
Executive with his thriving dual pastorate of the landmark Zion Cathedral and King’s Chapel,
both of Long Island, New York into the operation of energizing the Church’s global financial
presence as its current and fourth Financial Secretary.

As the living legacy of the late Bishop Frank Otha White, his lifetime commitment to the
Church of God in Christ is suitably complimented by an extensive transcript of scholarship from
Five Towns College of Music, C.W. Post College at Long Island University and The MKWW
Religious Training Institute. Bishop White's theological portfolio is further expanded by his
induction into the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Board of Preachers at Morehouse College, his
Senior Professorship of Homiletics at the MKWW Religious Training Institute and sponsored
guest lectureships at Cornell University and Queens College.

As Pastor of the landmark $4.5 million Zion Cathedral and CEO of the Cedarmore Foundation,
Bishop White co-spearheaded its flourishing congregational growth along with the facilitation
of more than 35 fully operational ministries for young aspiring entrepreneurs, families in crisis
and the greater community. Moreover, Bishop White’s uniquely balanced record of service has
significantly contributed to the relationship between the Gospel music industry and the Gospel
music experience: Vice President, International Department of Music, Church of God in Christ
(2000-2008); Founder & CEO, FAW Evangelistic Crusade Ministries; Founder & President,
MusicQuest Records, the signature label of the acclaimed FAW Celebration Choir featured on
The Tonight Show with David Letterman, The Essence Awards and The National Academy of
Recording Arts and Sciences (Grammy) Awards, the proceeds of which have benefitted the
continuation of music programs in public schools across the country.

Known and respected for his management virtuosity at many levels, Bishop White’s conservative
yet progressive style is well-suited to the cosmopolitan agenda of our Presiding Bishop Charles
E. Blake. This is especially apparent in his creation and publication of Financial Policies and
Practices, a work of ample proportions itemizing step-by-step direction for Departmental and
Auxiliary personnel in conducting their financial affairs thoroughly and efficiently. The
outgrowth of this resourcefulness facilitates the Office of the Financial Secretary’s daily
readiness for doing business efficiently, decently, orderly and in the historic tradition of Church
of God in Christ excellence.

During the 104th International Holy Convocation 2011, Pastor White was consecrated at the
hands of Presiding Bishop Charles Edward Blake, Sr. to the Office of Auxiliary Bishop. On
April 4, 2017, Bishop White received the official Episcopal Appointment of Jurisdictional Prelate
of the New York Eastern Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, Church of God in Christ, Inc.
Bishop White’s ministry thrives upon the personal blessing and devoted support of his mother,
Dr. Juliet L. White, as well as his only son and daughter-in-love, Mr. & Mrs. J. White.
