Dr.  Juliet L. White

An educator by profession, Dr. White, an earned duo PhD in elementary education and theology, serves both as the Director of Christian Education at Zion Cathedral Church of God in Christ and the President of the Mason-Kelly-Washington (MKW) Religious Training Institute, Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of Eastern New York.

Known as a “Chosen Vessel” of prayer, Dr. White can be found on her knees in midday prayer weekly at Zion Cathedral leading hundreds to the throne of grace. She is also known for her unique teaching style, her interactive approach to learning and her balanced presentation of knowledge as an aid in stimulating critical thinking.

Although a published author of numerous articles ranging from “Women’s Work” to “The Role of Bishops’, Pastors’ and Ministers’ Wives”, and a national servant in the Church of God in Christ, Inc., where she serves as the Assistant Marshal of the International Department of Women; Dr. White finds time to reach the lives of children.

Committed to her first love, the education of children, Dr. White launched a thriving after school tutorial program at Zion Cathedral and has been recognized by civic organizations for the impact this program has had in the lives of children in the community. She also oversees a two-week multi-disciplinary summer Vacation Bible School, where approximately 500 community children each year enjoy everything from God’s word and language arts to horseback riding and swimming.

Despite her many accomplishments and awards she asserts that her greatest joy is in being the loving wife of the Right Reverend Frank O. White, General Board Member of the Memphis-based, parent-body Church of God in Christ, Jurisdictional Prelate of the Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of Eastern New York and Senior Pastor of Zion Cathedral COGIC for 56 years.

She is the proud mother of five accomplished children and the boastful grandmother of five.
